GPATS service agreement incorporate two pricing components:
A once only software fee for GPATS proprietary software.
A monthly subscription fee relating to supply of data stream.
GPATS proprietary software:
For installation and use of MIDS lightning tracking software and MIDS Server, data stream server software for use by customer to distribute data stream throughout the customer organization. This charge covers ongoing upgrades or enhancements to software provided to customer.
GPATS monthly subscription fee:
One License represents one instance of MIDS installed and collecting GPATS data stream.
Multiple licences represent multiple instances of MIDS displays collecting data stream from one instance of Mids Server collecting GPATS data stream.
Lightning Incident Archive Search
A 24 hour lightning incident search is available to the public through PayPal orders or by contacting GPATS.
Features of the online LIAS service include:
Search durations of up to 24 hours from a given search date/time.
Search radius of up to 50km from a given set of coordinates.
Option to include/exclude cloud to cloud strikes.
Option to include/exclude lightning stroke timeline.
Option to order results by date/time or by proximity to search coordinates
